A mother comes to terms with her Post-Natal Depression.

Award-winning film and nominated at BAFTA, OSCAR and BIFA qualifying festivals.

I wanted to challenge myself by researching a stigmatised subject and bring awareness to it. I got in contact with the Cedar House group and conducted interviews with Liz, the founder of the charity and Rhian, a mother that had previously used their services and is the voice of the film. The film is animated with paint on paper, using the Pomegranate as a metaphor for the feelings that post natal depression brings.
